New Member dues for Owner Members, including the new member premium, are $150.00 plus $5.35 per rental unit to a maximum of $899.00. Initial membership dues include a free credit report as well as two free seminars or a DVD. Subsequent annual dues are $114.00 plus $5.35 per rental unit. Licensed Property Manager dues range from $305.00 to $1,230.00, based on the total number of units managed.
