Dedicated to providing services, products and representation to help our members suceed as rental owners, ROMS BC serves and represents over 1,900 members who collectively manage approximately 45,000 residential rental units throughout British Columbia.

Our 90 Associate Members provide preferential treatment to our Members, including major discounts on fuel and property insurance.
Our membership ranges from people who rent a secondary suite in their homes to large corporations and property management companies managing hundreds of units. It also includes affiliate associations in Kelowna, Prince George and Nelson as well as the Manufactured Home Park Owners Alliance of BC.
We serve all residential landlords, whether public or private sector, urban or rural, owners of one secondary suite or managers of several hundred units, and all subscribe to the ROMS BC Code of Ethics.
